Nanny Share:
A nanny share is when one nanny is hired to provide childcare for two families. Typically, the nanny cares for the children at one house, but the days can alternate between houses as well. This type of position is a great opportunity to have a high-quality nanny and split the cost of salary with another family. Families that go in on a nanny share typically live close and have similar work schedules. Nanny shares can be full or part time care. Placement fee: $6998
Family Requirements:
Guarantee a minimum of 20+ hours per week for part-time and full-time jobs.
Must compensate their nanny legally, as an in-home employee, which includes issuing a W-2 and providing any applicable overtime pay. We help guide you through this process to ensure you are set up for success.
